• How do I add a new user ?

You can add a user within "Account Manager" -> "Account Access". After you enter the new user's details click on "Proceed". Don't forget to select the Account Type*. The new user will receive an email with a link at the address you specified. Once they have clicked on this link. There account will be activated. They can now log into their account with the generated password in the email. *The Account Type of a user will determine the privlidege that user has. For more info see the SafeREF manual.
